Bennett's Concrete and Excavation is a Norwich, NY contractor with 6 years of experience in concrete and excavation. We specialize in stamped concrete, garage and basement floors, ICF foundations and broom finish work, and we pour big floors and slabs, like a 60 yard barndominium floor in Holland Patent.
We handle the excavation and grading that has to happen first, so you get one crew, one schedule and one phone number for the whole job. For the 2026 season we added new equipment, and with our dump truck we haul stone products and deliver gravel too.

From dirt
to done.
Because we do the excavation and the concrete, there's no hand-off in the middle of your job.
Step 01
Dig & Grade
Every good slab starts in the dirt. We excavate, strip what has to go and grade the site with our own machines, so the base is right before a form goes in.
Step 02
Form & Base
Forms set to line and grade, a compacted stone base, and reinforcement where the job calls for it. This is the part you never see and the part that matters most.
Step 03
Pour & Place
The concrete is placed, screeded flat and floated, with the crew working the slab while it's fresh. Big pours get a pump truck and extra hands.
Step 04
Finish & Seal
Broom finish, stamp or power trowel, then control joints cut where they belong and a seal on decorative work.

Do you do the excavation and the concrete?
Yes. We dig, grade and prepare the base with our own equipment, then form, pour and finish the concrete. One crew handles the whole job, so nothing waits on a second contractor.
Do you only do stamped concrete?
No. Stamped concrete is one of our specialties, but we pour garage and basement floors, pole barn and barndominium floors, monolithic slabs, driveways, patios, walks, pool decks and ICF foundations, and we do excavation, site prep, gravel driveways and gravel delivery.
Can you deliver gravel or stone?
Yes. With our dump truck we deliver gravel and haul stone products to and from job sites, on their own or as part of a concrete or excavation job.
